Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we definitely do!
PRINTING THE FUTURE has shipped to all continents on planet Earth (with the exception of Antartica).

Are the parcels traceable with a Track & Trace code?

All our parcels are trackable, with the exception of mailbox post and letterbox parcels.
This way you know where your parcel is and when you can expect delivery.

What are the payment methods on PRINTING THE FUTURE?

In this day and age you shouldn’t even be thinking about available payment methods!
That’s why PRINTING THE FUTURE offers a broad range of secure payment methods:

PayPal, iDeal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, Mister Cash, Sofort, Bank Transfer and Bitcoin.

Can I pay my purchase manually through my personal bank account?

Yes, that´s definitely a possibility!
As soon as we have received your payment, we will take your order in production immediately.
Please note that this may take up a couple of days, because of the time the Bank Transfer takes.

What is the processing time?

At the moment our processing time depends on the numbers of orders we have got.
We try to send out your order within 1 – 4 days.
We’re printing as fast as we can, but we also want to deliver the high quality you may expect!  

I just ordered a 3D printed product. What are the next steps?

When you have placed an order on our website or through Etsy, our droids get started with the synchronization!
The size of your product will be selected and your color of choice will be put in the 3D printer.
The hotend warms up and the printbed will be leveled to get the optimal quality!

During the print, your shipping box will be prepared. We fill it up with biodegradable packing peanuts so your print arrives safely.
When your print is done, we make sure everything is okay and check it on unevenness.
This way we can offer you the high quality we aim for!

The 3D printed object will be wrapped in packing paper to avoid any other contact.
The package will also include the invoice of your purchase and will be taped secure.

Finally, our drones will send your package to the nearest postal office to drop of your package.
At that point our postal service takes over!

When can I expect my package to arrive?

All of our products are made on order. After the processing time, we’ll prepare your package.
As soon as your parcel has left PRINTING THE FUTURE, we´ll notify you.

Packages in the Netherlands will be delivered the day after shipment (Tuesday to Saturday).
Packages that will be delivered outside the Netherlands have different estimated shipping times.
Please contact us, so we can check the estimated shipping time to your country!

Please note that parcels that will ship outside the European Union may need to go through customs for clearance.
This may take up from a few hours to a few days.

Is my parcel insured?

It is! If something goes wrong during transfers or delivery, you´ll be insured.
In case of damage, please contact us within 5 days and provide us with the necessary information.

My products were damaged during shipment. What happens now?

We do our utmost best to wrap your product(s) with a lot of care and protective wrappings.
This includes biodegradable packing peanuts, protective paper wrap and, depending on your product, recyclable bubble wrap.
Still, damages are possible during transfers and shipping.
Our apologies if this happens! We want to solve this as best and as soon as possible!
All our parcels (with the exception of mailbox post and letterbox packages) are insured, unless specified otherwise.
We can only make a claim if you provide us with the following.

To make a case, we need to notify our Shipping Service within 5 days of  you receiving your order and include at least 5 specific pictures.
Please note that our Shipping Service is unable to take your case without the following requirements:

– A picture of the outer package with the shipping label visible
– A picture of the inner package with the contents (products) and the protective material clearly visible in the package
– A photo of the product(s)
– Two detail photos of the damage

Make sure you keep the box and everything in it, as the Shipping Service may need it for the case.

If you do not meet these requirements, we are unable to make a case and the insurance will expire.

Can I return my products?

Of course! With the exception of custom orders.
Just make sure you let us know you want to return your product(s) within 5 days of you receiving your products, and you ship them back within 14 days.
We’ll refund you your money as soon as we have received your order.
It is best to ship them with insurance and Track&Trace so you are insured if something happens.
Make sure to pack it as safe as possible! If a product comes back damaged due to poor packaging, we may refund you less.
Please note that return shipping costs are for the buyer.
