Delivery and payment conditions

1. The product will be sent in 2 – 5 working days (if product is in stock).
2. Customs and import duties Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties.
Printing The Future is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
3. All packages are sent by Printing The Future via MyParcel.
4. For delivery in the Netherlands, the package will be offered to you 3 times. In case of absence, MyParcel will leave a note. After the third attempt there will be left a new note. The package will then be delivered to your nearest post office (unless stated otherwise) within a specified period. If the package has not been picked up within the indicated time, the post office will ship your order back to Printing The Future. We can re-send you your package again after you have paid the new shipping cost.
5. For delivery outside the Netherlands, the package will be offered to you 3 times. In case of absence, your Postal Service will leave a note. After the third attempt there will be left a new note. The package will then be delivered to your nearest post office (unless stated otherwise) within a specified period. If the package has not been picked up within the indicated time, the post office will ship your order back to Printing The Future. We can re-send you your package again after you have paid the new shipping cost.
6. If you cancel your order after the first shipment, we charge 25% of the order amount.
7. The price of products and/or services include VAT.
8. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
9. All prices are subjected to pricing-errors. In the event of a pricing error, no liability is accepted.
Printing The Future is not obliged to deliver the product according to the false price.
10. Delivery is not included in the price. Delivery costs are listed on the website. Printing The Future indicates the cost of delivery, which shall be on consumers, when agreed to the contract.
